Ray Bradbury Bookends Made from Wood Taken from Ray Bradburys House. A pair of bookends made from wood taken from Ray Bradburys recently dismantled 1937 Los Angeles house limited to 451 numbered sets. This is set number 41. Each bookend set is branded with an individual series number and an icon "451 F" logo to commemorate Bradburys classic bestselling novel, Fahrenheit 451. Sets are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Alexandra Bradbury, the late authors daughter.
Bradbury lived in the house for over fifty years until his passing and wrote most of his greatest works there. A portion of the sale proceeds were donated to the Center for Ray Bradbury Studies at Indiana University.
