Pair Mid-Century Prague Armchairs from Stendig Thonet
Striking set of mid-century bentwood Prague armchairs with cane seats were designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1925 and manufactured by Thonet in Czechoslovakia then imported by Stendig in the 1960s. This set of seven chairs are marked "Czechoslovakia" and have black lacquer frames- great early example of this iconic design.
