This new MINT Smithsonian from Randall has a 11 blade of 3/8 stock. Top cutting edge sharpened approx. 5 1/4 (approximate) handle with custom Maple Wood. Full double lugged Brass hilt. Mint black leather sheath with sharpening stone. A replica of the famous Bowie knife of a century ago, similar to type displayed in the Smithsonian and used in the motion picture The Iron Mistress. Randall now has about a 5 year wait on orders. I'm told that they are also cutting back on the production of the larger models.
