From that point, the driver should unwrap your order from the pallet(s) into its individual packaging or boxes. You will then need to move each individually boxed or packaged piece from the back of the trailer and into your home. Large furniture can be heavy and cumbersome so be sure to have your kids, family, neighbors, friends, pets, etc.

If you don't own a flat bed hand truck (dolly), we strongly recommend renting one. If you would like to add an optional lift gate service to your order (not automatically included at our advertised price), where the driver will off-load your pallet(s) from the back of the truck and onto the ground using a hydraulic lift gate & pallet jack please let us know. Still, from that point on the ground, you'll need to get the item(s) into your home. However, some drivers may, at your request, roll the pallet(s) up your driveway and into your garage (as long as your driveway isn't a mile long, up a hill, or made of gravel).
