Handcrafted Olive Wood Nativity Set with Cave from the Holy Land Munir Twemeh

  

This is a hand carved wooden Nativity Sculpture. The sculpture was hand carved under the Supervision of the Artist Munir Twemeh in Israel. The wood is Olive wood. The cave is a burl and is glued to a solid wooden base. The figures are all hand carved and also glued to the base.

There are four figures; the Holy Family and the Angel. The bottom is impressed with the maker mark. The wood has a beautiful tone and is in pristine condition. The True Tone's of the wood are brought out in the natural light. The last few pictures with my measurements are off color because of my lighting to get a good picture of the tape measure used. None of the pictures truly do this piece justice. It is an amazing piece and truly a work of art. A perfect center piece for your Holiday table or an amazing heirloom gift for a special occasion.
