Morris 1971 Original Signed & Framed Watercolor "Down From the Ridge". This watercolor is dated 1971 and signed by native Colorado artist Charles A.

At the time of the work, Morris was living in Colorado Springs, Colorado, which is documented on the back of the frame (see image). Today, Charles lives in Grand Valley of the Colorado Western Slope, paints landscapes and portraits, and maintains a web site gallery and archive of his work. We believe Charles completed this piece in his 20's or 30's. Frame outside dimensions: 16" x 25" x 1.5. Matting inside dimensions: 10.5" x 19.25". The watercolor was professionally framed and matted by Garden of the Gods Art Gallery and has been under glass since the framing. The artwork will be professionally wrapped and packed for mailing.
