Red, white and blue festooned box features chip #19943 incased at center on background of red velvet with gold plaque below engraved: Authentic Wood Chip From Original Beam, Independence Hall Philadelphia, Presented by Mayor Frank L. Rizzo; and Declaration of Independence signators etched on left and right panels in gold on silk.
