Meant to hang on a wall, as the bottom of the door is flush with the bottom of the cabinet. I left the majority of square head nails on the back, but reinforced the top with screws, where I mounted D-shaped hanging brackets. This is old, but interesting. It is delicate, but not wobbly.
The back is made from two boards that are sort of tongue and groove. Pock marks in wood worm wood? Power washed and bleached, but I did not restain it because the characteristics mentioned above provide appeal.
It is musty, so will need some airing out. I will pack this with a board over the glass door, and several layers of bubble wrap. But unfortunately I can not make any guarantees. But trust me on this.... I do NOT want this to break because it is such a wonderful piece, so I will do my very best.
