Philo Hay Specialties Co appeared in Newark from 1900 until 1922. Measures about 10 7/8" from base to top leather strap, about 7 1/16" from rim to base, about 11 1/4" & 14 3/4" across sides. Leather strap is intact & has NO visible damage on it.

It measures 3/16" thick & is 1 1/18" wide.
