Antique Gothic Panel From the 1700's with Figure in Solid Oak Wood Carving

  

This antique panel is from France and dates to the early to mid 1700. This piece was salvaged from a larger Gothic cabinet. The woodcarvings are delicate and very well made and finished to a warm dark color. The edges of this piece are unfinished.

Overall it is in very good antique condition with minor nicks and scratches consistent with its age. Note that there are some woodworm holes in the piece as well. Dimensions: 16.75" tall, 9.25" wide and 1 thick.
