Angel Figurine carved from over 100-years-old Acacia Wood, Exclusive Home Decor. Angel Figurine Wood Carving Art Sculpture is made completely handmade from over-100-years old Acacia wood. The sculpture is covered with a special composition for wood with a combination of spirit stain and natural beeswax. The sculpture is mounted on a heavy marble base. Wood fragment for this sculpture comes from the old baroque palace in the small village Krzydlowice in western Poland (until 1939 Kreidelwitz, Germany). The palace was built for Hans Georg von Stosch's family in 1722 and is surrounded by a park. During WWII, the palace was abandoned by its owners, in 1947 it was damaged by fire and has since been completely abandoned. Height (with base) - 42-1/2 / 108 cm. Width - 6-1/3 / 16 cm. Thickness - 5-1/4 / 13 cm.
