This is a primitive piece with the best aged surface and patina! AAFA primitive wooden double dry grain measure, measuring a peck on one end and a half of a peck on the other.

It has vertical staves, 3 horizontal secured iron bands ad chamfered middle wood section. It measures 12 1/2 inches high X 9 1/4 inches in diameter on the smaller end X 11 inches in diameter on the larger end. I have several of these around my home and they are so useful...... One I use for a magazine holder and the other as a trash receptacle in my primitive powder room.
