96# From Early To Mid 20th Century Kachina Leather Mask/HELMET Hopi
Early to mid 20th century. The base is in rigid leather, while the ends are in wood. Height: approximately 13 inches (about 33 cm). Check out the last photo to see the dimensions. Weight: 2.2 lbs (about 1 kg). It has a small tear in the lower left corner (penultimate photo). A small white cross has been drawn inside (tenth photo), probably at a time after the creation of the mask.
Certificate of authenticity or any other kind of documents are not included. I managed to put these works together over the years with the help of the network that Ive created from my anthropological studies. Most of the pieces come from European private collections, and many have been part of my personal collection for some time.
