19th Century suitcase bench from a French hotel. This wooden bench was custom made and used by the luxurious Hôtel Roi René in Aix-en-Provence for guest's suitcases. Originally fixed to a wall and it is recommended that it is installed this way also. Retains the original painted finish.

Condition and patina consistent with age. 24 ½'' wide x 17 deep x 31 ¾'' high Each measures approx. 62cm wide x 43cm deep x 80.5cm high.
