Vintage White House lighter hand craft at the actual White House carpentry shop in the White House where special White House gifts were crafted for VIPs at the White House from some of the actual original White House wood removed during the renovation of the White House in 1950. Lighter is certainly vintage "old school" sitting on a square 2 1/2" x 2" 1/2" x 2 1/2" base with an attached Presidential Seal brass plaque attesting this was made from original White House materials removed in 1950. This White House lighter was crafted for an actual White House associate and was actually used in the White House as well (lighter shows use for sure). I believe it needs a new wick and lighter fluid and pretty certain can be used again. I have priced this example quite reasonably and to actually sell.
