Folk Art New England Walking Cane. For sale here is a rare and unique 18th Century walking cane / walking stick originating from New England. Exactly 36 inches in length, its head has a wonderful patina consistent with its age. The cane itself has red and black decorative markings which adds to its charm and uniqueness. It has a strong "Puritan" look and feel to it.

Condition: the cane is in excellent condition for its age. I do not know the wood, probably an American local variety. Items of such uniqueness rarely come to market.
